The name, "Prime Time Life Planning", evolved as I considered what it was that I was actually doing as a Life Coach.  It is all about planning your life.  And, any time you actually plan is, in my opinion, a Prime Time!

The work Prime means "is of the first importance;  demanding the fullest consideration".  Coupled with Time, the meaning becomes:  Now is the time to give the fullest consideration to you life . . . taking the time to plan your life because it is of the first importance!

If you don't plan it, it will happen anyway.  Why not make choices for yourself!
